The "Casa del Moliner" (House of the Miller), is the name of this building in the old town of Sant Joan les Fonts, next to the Fluvià river.
Its 225 m2 are distributed in a vertical distribution, with a floor at street level, where there was a shop; three upper floors up to the loft with views, and a semi-underground floor, with a balcony overlooking the river. In total, five floors of 45 m2 each built.
The building requires comprehensive renovation. It is currently propped up for safety, although structurally the floor slabs and the roof can be preserved, adding reinforcements and occasionally replacing a beam, avoiding having to demolish the interiors.
Architecturally it preserves elements of interest, especially exteriors, which give it a special touch.
Plans and renderings are included with an indicative interior distribution, to help see the possibilities. In its current state, it is not mortgageable.
It is located near the socio-cultural center of Sant Joan les Fonts, a 5-minute walk from the Fluvià River and mountain routes, a 5-minute drive from Olot, and well connected by motorway towards Girona and the Costa Brava.

La "Casa del Moliner" o Can Feliu, així s'anomena aquest edifici del nucli antic de Sant Joan les Fonts, a tocar del riu Fluvià.
Els seus 225 m2 es reparteixen en una distribució vertical, amb una planta a escala de carrer, on hi havia hagut una botiga; tres plantes superiors fins a arribar a les golfes amb vistes, i una planta semisoterrada, amb un balcó amb vistes al riu. En total, cinc plantes de 45 m2 construïts cada una.
L'edificació requereix reforma integral. Actualment, es troba apuntalada per seguretat, tot i que estructuralment els forjats de planta i la teulada es poden conservar, afegint reforços i substituint puntualment alguna biga, evitant haver d'enderrocar els interiors.
Arquitectònicament, conserva elements d'interès, especialment exteriors, que li atorguen un toc especial.
S'incorporen plànols i renders amb una distribució interior orientativa, per ajudar a veure les possibilitats. En l'estat actual no és hipotecable.
S'ubica a prop del centre sociocultural de Sant Joan les Fonts, a 5 minuts a peu del riu Fluvià i de rutes de muntanya, a 5 minuts en cotxe d'Olot, i ben connectat per autovia en direcció Girona i Costa Brava.
