Therefore, we are not in a hurry, and we are dedicated to taking the utmost care of each process and offering a natural, close and transparent treatment, because we have verified that it helps all parties to better manage these often stressful change processes.
Let everything be clear
We try to take maximum care of the drafting of documents, using accessible and inclusive language, so that the people involved in the process know at all times what is happening and what they are committed to. We do not pressure and make sure that everything is clear before signing anything.
Individualised management
To make this possible, we work on an exclusive basis, that is, when someone commits to us to manage their home, other agencies cannot manage it simultaneously. This allows us to invest more time and resources in each process, reducing noise and stress, and knowing that if we do the job well we will also enjoy the rewards. In addition, it usually translates into shorter sales times and more customer satisfaction.
So, do you charge commissions?
We have reviewed this aspect in depth, assessing whether to charge a fixed amount, count the investment of hours, or apply the well-known commissions. We have contrasted related projects and other more traditional ones. Finally, we have decided to apply a commission per sale, which is usually between 3% and 5% (within the sector it is usually between 3% and 8%). This helps us to achieve the feasibility objectives and to sustain the activist line of reactivating closed housing.
What if the person who ends up buying comes from me?

Recuperació d’habitatge en desús o en estat ruinós
Una de les línies d’actuació de Llar Rural passa per la reactivació d’habitatge tancat i en desús, una circumstància malauradament molt present en el món rural.
Aquests processos són lents i normalment s’inicien amb una investigació activa sobre la propietat d’immobles tancats, i rarament des de l’iniciativa de la part propietària. Es poden allargar molts mesos, i donar lloc a possibles masoveries, vendes, o simplement quedar-se en la mateixa situació de bloqueig inicial.
Has de saber que aquests processos porten molta feina i no són sostenibles en termes econòmics per a Llar Rural, sinò que aporten la recompensa moral de saber que estem fent una tasca necessària. Se sostenen gràcies als beneficis de les operacions de venda.
